Safety & Health Protocols

• There are hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the hotel, available for guests and staff. 
• We have increased Deep cleaning, disinfection, and sanitization of all areas. 
• We have implemented Mandatory (6ft) Social Distancing between staff and guests. 
• Card payments are the recommended form of payment and will be accepted at the hotel reception desk, restaurant, coffee shop and bars.  It is highly recommended to leave an open credit with hotel reception for your convenience. 
• All requests for service will be managed through Hotel Guest Service by dialing ¨0¨ from your room. 

• Your Temperature must be taken. 
• Each person must use hand sanitizer. 
• Your Footwear must be disinfected. 
• Wearing your face mask, while at the hotel; is always required. 

• Only one guest at a time is allowed at the counter.  While waiting in line for your turn, please practice social distancing.  
• Please approach the desk only when asked. 
• Should you wish to extend your stay, contact Guest Service by dialing ¨0¨ from your room. 
• Our Valet parking service is suspended until further notice. 

• Call buttons will be sanitized frequently. 
• We ask that you practice Mandatory social distancing inside the elevator. 
• There is maximum capacity of 2 people or a family per elevator cab. 

• Your room was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your check in. 
• Please use the in room safe to secure your belongings.  
• Cleaning of your room is by request only.   Please dial ¨0¨ and to make this service request prior to 11:00 AM. 
• Cleaning will consist of removing trash, the resupplying of towels and guest room amenities only.  You may not be inside the room while our staff is providing this service. 
• All rooms are deep cleaned and sanitized after check-out for the next guest.

• All furniture and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after use by a guest. 
• Due to the current Guidelines, capacity limits have been reduced and are subject to spaces available on a first come first service basis. 
• Lounge chairs are spaced 6ft apart. Please do not move them. 
• Pool Towels are available in our “Towel stand.” 
• Please deposit dirty towels in the indicated containers. 

• You must make a reservation for table service. 
• Takeout and Room Service are also available. 
• Seating capacity is limited to 50%, per social distancing guidelines. 
• A minimum distance of 6ft between tables must be maintained. 
• A maximum 4 people per table. 

Our Hotel Security personal have been asked to ensure that all Guest and Staff follow the established Guidelines detailed above.  We ask for your cooperation in following these Guideline for the safety and comfort of everyone.  

• Should a guest develop and exhibit symptoms of COVID-19, the protocols established by the authorities will be implemented. 
• We have established an isolation area with-in the hotel for the safety of all Guest and Staff.
