When you submit personal information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number, we will not give or sell this information to third parties. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information we have collected from you at our site.

It is forbidden to smoke on the property. It is not allowed the use of vapers in the hotel. The guests will be fined USD 250 if they smoke or vape in public areas or guest rooms according to Mexican Law. It is not allowed to introduce ice chests, coolers, and outside food & beverages into the hotel.

Best available rate - Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of one night's stay with tax.

Promotions – The total amount of the stay will be charged in advance and cannot be cancelled or modified. For instance, Season Discount, Stay More and Save More! and Advance Purchase.

Note - Other promotions may vary in these terms, which will be available in the description of each one of them.

Best available rate - All reservations require a one-night deposit and taxes at the time of booking.

Promotions – Reservations with promotions require full payment. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.

For guests traveling with dogs, 45 pounds or less, can stay with us with an extra cost of USD 40 or its equivalent in local currency, per dog per stay. Up to two dogs are allowed per room. Cats are not allowed. The cost per dog includes food and water bowl (if required), pet bedding and cleaning fee.
